   ♦ Leg Attacks
   ♦ High Level Offense
   ♦ Front Headlocks
   ♦ Defense & Counter-Offense
   ♦ Throws, Trips, & Tricks
   ♦ Escapes & Reversal
   ♦ Pinning Combinations

In addition to technical instruction, Davidson Wrestling Camp will also provide wrestlers with daily training to improve athleticism and coordination. Each session will also include live wrestling, where wrestlers will be paired based upon approximate weight and experience.

Campers will enjoy lunch on campus at Vail Commons, as well as scheduled games and activities in between wrestling sessions.  Davidson Wrestling Camp will be a fun, educational, motivational, and challenging experience.

Camp director and lead instructor, Andy Lausier is the Head Wrestling Coach at Davidson College. With 16 years of collegiate coaching experience, including 10 seasons at the Division I level, Coach Lausier has developed his own authentic system of teaching and training wrestlers.  Current Davidson wrestlers will serve as counselors and assistant instructors.
